    With the high degree of disruption happening in virtually every market, seeking and leveraging marketing intel is more valuable than ever. 

    But the world of competitive intelligence is vast. Doing it right often requires a great deal of time and resources, which puts conducting quality, comprehensive research out of reach for many small and mid-sized firms or those without sizable marketing budgets.

    The session will cover two most common research types: competitive and customer research. We will discuss methods, practices, tools and technologies for conducting meaningful research and collecting information you could actually use.

    • The process for conducting competitive intel, including online tools that allow you to take a peek "behind the scenes" and collect intel not accessible via traditional methods.
    • How to plan a customer research project.
