POSITION DESCRIPTION: Seeking a team-oriented, community-minded administrative and marketing assistant for a full time, permanent position. As the “face of the company,” this person will answer phones, greet visitors and clients, order supplies, copy, print, and edit documents, mail and deliver packages, assist with executive support and travel, and assist with marketing and project submittals. Minor accounting support, recycling and office organization required. Will work closely with Anchorage office marketing staff on marketing and public relations efforts. Applicant must take initiative to help with tasks to make the office the best it can be. Must be flexible, self-motivated, have excellent organizational and communications skills, friendly and professional demeanor, 5+ years’ job or equivalent experience. Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business administration, or related is desirable. The position will work with MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud/Creative Suite (InDesign & Acrobat), PDFs, and Cosential database. Salary DOE.
